Season Ticket Monthly Payment Plan
Full, Half, and 12 Game Plan Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to select a payment plan for their Season Tickets. A valid Credit/Debit Card is required to enroll in the monthly payment plan. All payment plans will end in September, regardless of when they started. Monthly payment amount based on enrollment in the payment plan beginning in February for the full 8 months. Monthly payment amount calculated from the 200 Attack & Defend zone rate after $100 deposit. Must be enrolled by August 2024.

Discounted Single Game Tickets
Season Ticket Holders can call in or visit the Box Office to receive an exclusive rate on additional single game tickets. The purchase must be made by the account holder on their season ticket account.
Ticket Exchange Program
Home games, with the exception of Premium Nights and Saturday games, are available as an exchange date. All exchanges are subject to availability and desired exchange dates are required when making the request. Quantity of exchange vouchers are based on plan type.

Full, Half, and 12 Game Plan Season Ticket Holders have an exclusive entrance at GIANT Center to the right of the main entrance. This entrance opens 1 Hour and 45 Minutes prior to game time.
Access to “State Of The Bears” Event
Go behind the scenes with our exclusive “State of the Bears” event during the 2024-2025 season, featuring VP of Hockey Operations, Bryan Helmer. The event will include an address by Bryan, as well as an exclusive Q&A session.
